Within the last few days before your big Hen Do/Holiday you need to focus on all your various appointments – hairdressers, waxing, tanning, nails… Do as much or as little as you want to. Make sure you schedule it all in the right way too– i.e. hairdressers a few days before, tan the day before (you want to keep that bronzed glow), waxing 24 hours before you tan…. and so on and so forth.
If you’re aiming to feel your best in a bikini, be sure to watch your carb intake in the last few days, as every gram of carbohydrate stores with a gram of water, which would explain the bloating you get after you have a HEAVY night on the pizza and pasta! When you are on Holiday, Eat smaller portions too, to maintain that good feeling- with all of the treats that are served during the holidays, it can be all too easy to overindulge. Pace yourself by being mindful about what you eat, choosing smaller portions of your favourites. Go clean and lean in the few days before getting into swimwear, eat plenty of proteins, drink lots of water to maintain your fluids and up-the-anti on your cardio regime (preferably in the early mornings).
Also, don’t forget it’s just as much about feeling good as it is about looking good, so try and sneak in a peaceful afternoon/evening walk or jog to clear your mind – When your schedule gets busy and hectic, exercise is often the first thing that gets dropped. Don't do it! Your brain and body will thank you for continuing to move your body. The endorphins that get released during a walk, yoga class or gym session help to reduce stress levels and leave you feeling better. If you don't have time for your regular workout routine, adapt it. Some intentional movement is better than none at all.

Be sure to spoil yourself! Just as you’ve earned your holiday, you’ve earned these little indulgences to feel the very best you can!! The preparations are part of the Holiday itself, so throw yourself in.
The day before…
Triple check you’ve packed everything and don’t forget to put those liquids in the top of your case for easy access in Customs. Be sure to get a good night’s rest before you fly out and get everyone in the mood on the way to the airport, with a banger of a playlist- Be.
